The staff's kindness made us feel at home, and the exclusive beach was a peaceful retreat. However, we struggled with late check-in and limited restaurant reservations.

The hotel was beautiful, but the check-in experience was

a bit chaotic. We had issues with our room assignment, which took longer than expected to resolve. However, the facilities were stunning and the pools were perfect for our family! Unfortunately, the food did not quite meet our expectations.

Consider requesting fresh churros directly from the stand. they can taste much better than the ones left out for hours.

Incredible aesthetics with beautiful views and comfy beds made for a pleasant stay. The sea salt bar offered delicious grilled meat, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. However, the distance from some rooms to the main hotel can be inconvenient, especially in the heat, with a longer walk to certain facilities. Additionally, waiting for dinner reservations at busy times was a challenge.

Staying at this resort was delightful for our family! The kids loved the kids' club, which kept them entertained with fun activities. The servers were fantastic, always smiling and eager to help. Our King Room Nature View provided a peaceful setting to relax after a busy day.

In my wife’s opinion, the dining options could improve for kids.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially at Vela Norte, which was my favorite restaurant. However, the food quality was lackluster, and the rooms had some cleaning issues. Despite the beautiful property, the overall experience didn't quite meet expectations.

Had an amazing time soaking up the sun at the beautiful pools and enjoying delicious meals at the Asian and Mexican restaurants, which had stunning views. Relaxed with a massage at the spa and loved spending time by the beach when we weren't eating! Only downside was having to make reservations for dinner, but it was worth the wait. 😊

the hilton was absolutely stunning. we loved lounging by the main pools, especially since one was more social and the other was quieter. the staff stood out with their attentive service at the restaurants, and we enjoyed our meals at the steak house and japanese places.

The hotel's location within the jungle offers a serene environment with a lovely small beach and multiple delightful pools. The breakfast and lunch buffets were impressive, featuring fresh and diverse food options. I particularly enjoyed the Asian restaurant, which served great food, but the Mexican restaurant truly stood out with its breathtaking views. The nightly activities added a fun vibe to the evenings.

The room didn’t quite meet my expectations for the price.
